Sound Design - January 2nd, 2008

Sound Design should go live on iTunes (US, Japan, Australia, Canada, & Europe)sometime in February, hopefully around the 4th. But I figured that was too long, so I'll have it on the myspace page via snocap on January 2nd. In the meantime, it's in the player in its entirety.

Service Pack 1

It's been a long time since i've updated this page, so I vowed not to even write anything unless i've got some new music to put up. Thus, Service Pack 1 in the player. If you look hard enough in this post, you'll find a link to download it. For those that are interested in any of these beats, just hit me up a lividparadox@hotmail.com. Now mind you, these are just simple beats to me. For those who gets them, there will be more added to them to make them more of a composition rather than just a simple beat. At $500 per joint, any of these are a bargan. and no, this is not the next instrumental project from myself. "The Chameleon Dynamic" is still a few months away from completion, but The Epoxy's "Vivid Strokes Of Reality" is inches away from the finish line. So, just hold tight, there is much more music to come, and I've still got some music I promised you all earlier that I have to upload to the site. Have you all found that link yet?

The Epoxy - Vivid Strokes Of Reality Sampler

VSOR Sampler Mirror 1
VSOR Sampler Mirror 2

This is a piece of what i've been working on these past months. The Epoxy (composed of myself and Lunchbox the Narcoleptic) have been working pretty hard on this project, especially considering our distance apart. Now with my recent move to Texas complete (we'll speak about that later), we can move forward and finish up the 4-5 tracks remaining.

This has been up since Saturday, posted on various message boards, but we haven't recieved much reception yet. I'm optimistic however, simply because I know that this music isn't garbage. The sampler also includes 2 full tracks, "Density Pt 4" and "Latitude", tracks which i'll probably put in the player later on this week.

Also, i'm going to be putting up another zip file of music, basically made up of various songs i've done with other artists, remixes, and instrumental tracks that didn't make the cut of "Freon". Don't have a name for it, but it will be up for download soon.

Thank you all again for listening, and let me know you all think of the sampler.

Finally, an update...

Okay, here's a quick rundown of what i'm working on.....

Note: Any purchase of Freon will include "Livid Paradox", my second instrumental project. If you don't have Freon, run to the store...

The Epoxy - Vivid Strokes Of Reality: Myself and Lunchbox The Narcoleptic. You will recognize the name of OMNI once this is completed. Look for previews in the upcoming months.

Speaking of OMNI, all group members and affiliates will get something from me pretty soon. I'll be posting DVS' "Focus High" in the jukebox once I mix it, again.

A group project consisting of myself, Mercury Waters, and Metah. Nope, don't have a name for the group yet, but let's be patient. There will also be a solo Metah project that i'll be working on.

Ormus consists of Ilwill's Ilyas and Rae Faith. I've been informed that be doing most of this project as well. I should have "Trouble In Paradise" done soon for a lil' teaser.

I just recently did a joint with Tiffany Paige called "Reasons Why". Check the soundclick page for a listen. I'll doing more material for her as well.

An EP with Detroit's own Precise Hero, except it's gonna be a bit larger than an EP.

Upcoming joints with K-Hill, Supastition, Deloach, Asylum 7, D Rose, NoƱameko, Che Grand, Edgar Allen Floe, Von Pea, and a few others that aren't that concrete just yet.

My compiliation "The Auditory Nerve" is coming as well. I'll have more information on this as it develops.

And I've started planning, thinking, and thinking for an instrumental follow up to Freon. Stay tuned...

And now that I'm here.....

Okay, the grit and the grime of what I'm working on at the moment......

Well, after getting back from my honeymoon, I finished up Ilwil's material for The Beat Theives project coming out hopfully by the end of November. "Attention Defict Disorder" (ADD) by Tanya Morgan is one of the three joints.

Now that's completed, I've got some time to finish up songs that I have with Asylum 7 and D-Rose(Foundation affilate). Perhaps they'll be done sometime this week, depending on what my day job decides to throw at me.

That Shaya Beyonder track has been done for quite a while, but I just sent him the finished version of that last week, so might as well post it now. Once I get some info I can point you all to on him, I'll be sure to post it.

The Epoxy, consisting of Lunchbox and myself, is coming along pretty nicely. We've got three songs done now, with 2 others sitting on my computer just waiting to be touched. The plan is to do at least 25 songs and pick and choose which ones will be on our project, "Vivid Strokes Of Reality". "Metropolis" is a sample of what's to come. For a more in depth look at The Epoxy, run to The Omniverse Website for more details.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, Freon's coming soon, but I have another instrumental project on the way. It's going to be shorter ballads project. I mean, I'm sure you all would like to have that slow wine into the night, but I'm sure a 14 track slow jam that ISN'T some type of compilation would get pretty boring after a while, or at least to me. "Freon" doesn't have a true ballad of sorts this time around, so I figured to have at least 8 tracks ready for Valentine's day. I may have mentioned "Beautiful Things" as a title, but I don't wanna use that anymore. I'll think of something. "Eclipse" is sure to be on this project....

I know I've got something else to mention, but I can't think of it right now. Let's just wait until the next update.....
